We, at Washburn Rural Middle School, are excited about the 2010-11 school year. We have a few new teaching staff preparing for students, and we are finished with a 5 million dollar addition and remodel of the middle school. Our mission statement is "Building Bridges to Life Long Learning." This means we have two years to transition students from an elementary school setting, and prepare them for high school. It is an amazing two years, which seems to fly by, very quickly.

Our enrollment dates are as follows:

August 5, 2010 7th grade enrollment	7:30 to 11:30 AM	1:30 to 6:30 PM

If you cannot make the enrollment time please do not worry. We will take appointments for after August 5th, to get your child enrolled. The main office will be back in operation around July 26th.
